Systems are realised mainly in thin client technology (that fits with incremental system development). No additional components should be installed on client machines (only standard web browser).
Possible set of solutions allows to create systems that can be placed on ordinary hosting site (Python + CGI + Mysql) for small systems or to use dedicated machine (Java + J2EE + Oracle) for systems working under heavy load.
